Buyer assurance

Answers before procurement has to ask.

Will the mold be sampled before shipment?

Yes. Tools are sampled in China under production conditions for at least three hours, with random samples, process data, and inspection reports supplied for approval.

Can we visit the facility?

Yes. OMI encourages customer visits in Colorado or China and can help coordinate transportation arrangements.

What files can OMI accept?

The legacy workflow lists native Pro-E, SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, plus IGS, STP, Parasolid, and DXF formats.

Validate the requirements before the tool leaves China.

Share inspection standards, material assumptions, part approval needs, and sampling expectations up front so OMI can align the build with your production requirements.
